Managing Master Password
Creating a Master Password will give you the ability to limit access to your company file which can help to minimize fraud.
To create a master password
1
Start your software and click Open your company file in the welcome window that appears. The Command Center window appears.

Go to the Setup menu and choose Preferences. The Preferences window appears.

Click the Security tab and then click Password. The Master Password window appears.

Enter either your new password and confirm it or enter existing password to change a master password.

Click Record.
