Preparing and printing year-end tax forms

You can use your software to print the year-end tax form P60, and the P11 and P35 reports.

Even if you e-file your year-end tax forms, you should print these forms and reports before you finish your tax year and start a new one. For more information, see Protecting against data loss.

Use only official printed P60s

When you use your software to print form P60 for distribution to your employees, you must print your data on pre-printed copies of the official tax forms. The form templates that are built into your software are designed to align your printed data so that it appears in the correct fields on the printed laser portrait (LP) forms.

To prepare and print original year-end tax forms for submission by post

Go to the Command Centres menu, select Payroll and click Print P60s. The Review P60s-Single Sheet Before Printing window opens.

Enter the amount of forms per employee you want to print and either select all employees for click Selected and choose the employee. If you would like to review or edit the P60 information click the zoom arrow before the employees name. The P60 Employee Information window appears.

When you are ready to print the forms, select the Employee(s) from the list provided and click Print.

Print the P11 PAYE report and P11 NIC reports. The information in these reports is used to create form P60.
