The Card Information window allows you to add, change, delete and view information about individual customer, vendors, employees and personal contacts -- known as cards. The window has multiple views.
The Buying Details window is available only when the card type is Vendor.
You can use the Buying Details view to record the credit limit and terms the selected vendor has extended to your company, along with entries that will make it easier and faster for you to create quotes, purchase orders and bills for the vendor.
