The Card Details view is available for all types of cards. The information you enter in the two views -- and in other views where applicable -- will be entered automatically when you enter the card in transactions throughout AccountEdge.
Using identifiers and custom lists and fields
If you need to sort your cards to form a list of customers -- for example, to send your latest mailing -- you can use an identifier to indicate the cards that should be included on the mailing list. Identifiers can be entered on the Card Details view. You can also use this view to make Custom Lists and Fields entries for your customers, vendors, employees and personal contacts. Adding pictures
You can use the Card Details tab to link graphics to cards for various purposes. For example, you might want to include pictures of each of your employees or you could display pictures to show the progress of the project you're working on for a customer.
