To change a user ID's access rights

Setup > Creating and using user IDs >>

The Preferences window should be displayed. (To find the Preferences window - Security view)

  1. Click the Passwords button. This button is only available if you're signed on to AccountEdge with the User ID named Administrator. The User Access window appears.


  2. Highlight the user ID you want to change in the User ID column.


  3. Make the changes you want on the right side of the window by clicking in the Not Allowed column. A checkmark will appear next to the functions you wish to restrict for this user ID.


  4. Click OK.
