To automatically print reports showing your entries for each session

Setup > Creating and using user IDs > Viewing and printing user-activity reports >>
  1. Choose Preferences from the Setup menu.


  2. Click the Security tab.


  3. Mark the Prompt for Session Report When Closing box.
