To print an address on a #10 envelope

The Forms Selection - Print Mailing Labels window should be displayed

  1. Choose a label size from the Selected Form for Mailing Label list. Then click Customize.


  2. Click the Form Properties button to open the Forms Information window.


  3. In the Forms Information window, choose "Envelope #10" from the Paper size list. (Since you have already set your printer to print a landscape page, do not choose Envelope #10, Landscape from this list.)


  4. Set the Rows per Page and Columns per Page to 1.


  5. Change the Form Size to 4.188 in. X 9.5 in.


  6. Click OK to return to the Customize Mailing Labels window. You may find it helpful to display the layout grid in the layout area of this window so that you can precisely position elements in the layout. (To use the layout grid)


  7. In the Customize Mailing Labels window, remove any unused fields from the form layout. (To remove elements from a form) Then move the Name and First Address fields to a position that is 3.5 inches from the left and 2.5 inches from the top of the form layout.   8. Click the Add New Text Field button (the second button from the left in the toolbar at the top of the Customize window) to create a new text field for each line of your return address. Move each text field to the upper left corner of the envelope form and use the Field Properties window to enter one line of your company name and address information in each field. (To add design elements to a form)


  9. If you wish, you can also use the Insert Graphics/Picture button (to the right of the Add New Text Field button in the toolbar) to add your company logo to the return address area of your envelope.


  10. When you've finished, click Save Form As to save your custom #10 envelope layout under a new name for future use.


  11. Click OK to close the Customize window.
