To delete a bill (with a payment)

Use this procedure only if your transactions are changeable. (Choosing changeable or unchangeable transactions)

1. If you've applied a payment to a purchase that you want to delete, you must delete the payment before you delete the purchase.

Display the payment you want to delete. (To find a bill payment)

2. Choose Delete Payment from the Edit menu.

Note:  You may not delete a deposit transaction for a recorded purchase

If more payments have been applied to the purchase, be sure to delete all payments.

3. When all payments applied to the purchase have been deleted, display the purchase you want to delete in the Purchases window.



4. Choose Delete Purchase from the Edit menu.
