Saved Forms window



Products registered to EIN

When the window is first opened, this field displays the Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) for your company, as entered in the Company Information window. If you want to register your Payroll Tax Forms program for a different company, delete the displayed EIN and enter the correct one in its place.

Select All

Click this button to select every form in the list. A checkmark will appear to the left of each form name.

Unselect All

Click this button to remove the selection checkmarks from every form in the list.

Form selection list

This area displays information about all of the forms that you have saved in the MYOB Payroll Forms program.

Form column

Lists the name of each saved form on a separate line. Forms are listed in chronological order, with the most recently saved form at the top and the oldest at the bottom. A selection box appears to the left of each form name. Click in the box to select that form for viewing or editing.

Type column

Shows the type of each form in the selection list. For example, the Federal Form 940 will show "FUTA" in the Type column.

Completed column

If you've completed all the required phases of preparation for a particular form, a checkmark will appear in this column. Forms without a checkmark in this column are considered "draft forms."

Date Saved column

Displays the time and date when each form was saved.

Action buttons

View

Click this button to view the selected forms in the View Payroll Tax Form window.

Edit

Click this button to edit the selected forms. This button is available only if you select a draft form.

Delete

Click this button to delete the selected forms.
