Saved Forms window



Use the Saved Forms window to select draft payroll tax forms for viewing or editing. All draft and completed payroll tax forms that you have saved display in this window, with the most recently saved forms displayed at the top of the list and the oldest at the bottom. The date and time each form was saved is shown in the rightmost column of the window. Completed files are indicated by a check mark in the "Completed" column.

Forms that you select from the Saved Forms list will display in the Payroll Tax Form Viewer, where you can finalize them.

Please note:  Once a form has been completed, you can't edit the original copy. If you choose a completed form from the list, the Payroll Tax Forms program will create a copy of the form for you to work on.
