To edit a completed form


The Select Payroll Tax Form window must be open.

  1. Click Saved Forms at the bottom of the Select Payroll Tax Form window to open the Saved Forms window.


  2. Highlight the completed form that you want to work on and click Edit to display the form.


    A copy of the completed form will be created and displayed in the Payroll Tax Form Viewer, where you may edit it.
  1. When you've finished editing the form, click the Save icon at the top of the window (or choose Save from the File menu).


    Note:  Changes you make here do not affect the data in your company file
  1. Choose Quit MYOB Form Viewer from the Form Viewer menu.


  2. Confirm that you want to save the draft by clicking Yes in the Save Changes dialog. You will return to the Select Payroll Tax Form window.
