You must register annually if you want to take full advantage of the MYOB Payroll Forms Service. If you don't renew your registration at the end of each year, you'll be able to use AccountEdge only in "Demo Mode." If you work in Demo Mode, you can still prepare all of your federal forms, but a large watermark will print across each form.
You will be able to prepare, print and update certified copies of your W-2 and W-3 forms every year at tax time even if you don't register. You can also update your federal forms annually to prepare the latest versions each year, whether you are registered or not.
You'll be reminded automatically each year when it's time to renew your MYOB Payroll Forms Service registration. Reminders will appear whenever you display a form using the buttons at the bottom of the Select Payroll Tax Form window.
