Securing the information in your company file

There are a number of security tools provided to you in MYOB AccountEdge. With them, you can:

• Assign a unique user ID to every person who uses MYOB AccountEdge.

• Control which users can access certain parts of the system.

• Track changes that are made to the company file and identify who made them.

• Regularly check the integrity of your data over a variety of criteria.

• To use the Security view of the Card Information window

• Creating and using user IDs

• Viewing and printing user-activity reports

• Recording and reporting changes to your company file

• Using the Company Data Auditor Assistant
