Tracking item movements

Three reports are available to help you keep track of your locations and the movement of your inventoried items from one location to another.

• Locations List report. This report displays the location information entered for each location in your company file.

• Items Location Summary report. This report displays the item quantity at each location.

• Item Movement report. This report displays the movements of items performed by users using the Move Items window; the entries are sorted by date.
  
  If inventoried items were moved out of a location, the quantity moved will be displayed in the Item Movement report as a negative change; the number of items moved will have parenthesis around it. If inventoried items were moved into a location, the quantity will be displayed as a positive change; the quantity moved will not have parenthesis around it.
