To find the Applied Payment Details window



From the Receive Money, Receive Payments or Sales Invoice or Sales Order window:

  1. Click Receive Money in the Banking Command Center
    -- or --

    Click Receive Payments in the Sales Command Center
    -- or --

    Click Enter Sales in the Sales Command Center to open the Sales Invoice or Sales Order window; enter or select a customer card.
  2. Enter a payment method in the Payment Method field.
  3. Click the Details button.

From the Settle Returns & Debits window:

  1. Click Purchases Register in the Purchases Command Center to open the Purchases Register window.
  2. Click the Returns & Debits tab.
  3. Highlight a Debit transaction.
  4. Click the Pay Refund button to open the Settle Returns & Debits window.
  5. Click the Details button.
