The Count Inventory window allows you to quickly adjust the quantities of your inventoried items recorded in MYOB AccountEdge so they match the actual quantities you have in stock.

The list in this window displays all inventoried items in the AccountEdge system -- in other words, the items for which you selected I Inventory This Item in the Item Information window.

If you use multiple locations (Using multiple locations for inventory):

• Two views are available to you: Group by Item view and Group by Location view

• If you want to view all of your items, even those with zero quantities, click the Include Zero On-Hand Quantities option.
