Most of the state and federal forms that you prepare using AccountEdge's Payroll Tax Forms features require periodic updates to ensure that you're always using the most current versions. If you're registered to use the MYOB Payroll Forms Service, AccountEdge will remind you to update your out-of-date forms on a quarterly basis. So that you'll have ample time to prepare your forms for each quarter, the reminders will begin to appear at least 10 days before the beginning of the next quarter.
Even if you aren't registered, the latest software updates are always available to you. If you have an Internet connection, you'll be alerted whenever a new version of the Payroll Tax Forms system is ready to download. If you click Update Now when the alert appears, the latest software will be downloaded and installed automatically on your computer.

When you update payroll tax forms, you have the option of updating all of your forms or any combination of forms that you need. In addition to the latest versions of your forms, your updates will include any new Payroll Tax Forms features and fixes that have been implemented since the last update. If you have an Internet connection, you can update your forms at any time by choosing Update Forms from the Help menu in the Payroll Form Viewer.
