Securing the information in your company file

There are a number of security tools provided to you in MYOB AccountEdge. With them, you can:

• Assign a unique user ID to every person who uses MYOB AccountEdge.

• Using user IDs, control which users can access certain parts of the system.

• Using user IDs, track changes that are made to the company file and identify who made them.

• Regularly check the integrity of your data over a variety of criteria using the Company Data Auditor.

• Record and report changes to your company file using Audit Trail Tracking.
