To use a recurring sales template
Making sales > Using recurring sales templates > To use a recurring sales template
The Sales window (To find the Sales window) or the Sales Register window (To find this window) should be displayed.
- Click the Use Recurring button, if you're in the Sales window or click the Recurring Templates tab, if you're in the Sales Register.
- All recurring templates you've set up will be displayed. Double-click the template you want; the template's information will appear in the Sales window.
- Review all the information to be sure it's correct. Pay particular attention to the date and invoice number; if you need to find this transaction in the future, you'll need to remember this information.
- Click Record. The recurring sale will be recorded as an actual transaction, and will also remain available in the Sales Register for future use.
