To set a Credit Limit Override password

The Preferences window - Sales view should be displayed.

1. Mark the If Credit Limit is Exceeded on Invoice, Warn and Continue or Prevent Unless Overridden preference.



2. Choose Prevent Unless Overridden and the Override Password button becomes active.



3. Click the Override Password button to open the Credit Limit Override Password window.



4. In the Override Password field, enter the password that will allow users to enter an invoice for a customer who has exceed the credit limit.



5. In the Confirm Password field, re-enter the Override Password to confirm you typed it correctly.



6. Click the OK button.
