The W-2 Preparer window displays information about every Form W-2 you are preparing in a familiar spreadsheet-like format. This W-2 data grid allows you to easily view and verify the information on individual W-2s, and simplifies the often complicated process of editing and finalizing individual W-2 forms. Each row in the W-2 Preparer grid displays the information that will appear on one employee's Form W-2. Each column in the W-2 Preparer grid displays the data that will appear in a single field or box on the completed W-2 forms.
Note: Some columns are located in the left pane of the W-2 Preparer window
The changes that you make using the W-2 Preparer appear only on the individual W-2 forms that you are preparing, and do not affect the data in your MYOB Premier Accounting company file.
