To edit a completed form
The Select Payroll Tax Form window must be open.
- Click Saved Forms at the bottom of the Select Payroll Tax Form window to open the Saved Forms window.
- Highlight the completed form that you want to work on and click Edit to display the form.
A copy of the completed form will be created and displayed in the Payroll Tax Form Viewer, where you may edit it.
- When you've finished editing the form, click the Save icon at the top of the window (or choose Save from the File menu).
Note: Changes you make here do not affect the data in your company file
- (W-2/W-3 Only) If you see a prompt to verify your data links, choose OK to save the draft and preserve all current data link settings.
- Choose Exit from the File menu.
- Confirm that you want to save the draft by clicking Yes in the Save Changes dialog. You will return to the Select Payroll Tax Form window.
