Outlook Security Notice

This window appears to advise you of an Outlook warning message. Click the Continue button to display the Outlook warning.

If you don't want this Notice window to appear in the future, mark the Do not show this notice again checkbox. The Outlook Security Notice window will not appear again, but the Outlook warning message will.

Microsoft Office Outlook (warning message)

This message is designed to prevent unauthorized access to the Outlook Address Books.

1. Mark the Allow access for checkbox.
2. Select the access time. We recommend five minutes, though you can select a shorter time if the number of contacts and cards is small.
3. Click the Yes button to continue the Outlook Sync process.
   Click the No button to cancel the process.

MYOB Outlook Sync -- Blank Field Warning

When importing Outlook contacts to your MYOB software, this warning message appears if a field in your Outlook contact is blank and the corresponding field in the MYOB card contains information. The message explains that, to ensure that you do not lose information, the field is not updated.

MYOB Outlook Sync -- Card Changes

This window appears if you've selected the Ask me to confirm any updates option in the Import & Export Options window. It displays those Outlook contacts that have fields that are blank while the corresponding fields in the MYOB cards contain information. The affected fields are listed. Click one of the buttons:

• Skip to confirm that the MYOB card field's information will not be updated.

• Cancel to abort the import process.

MYOB Outlook Sync -- Card Changes (Confirm Updates to MYOB Cards)

This window appears only if you selected Ask me to confirm any updates in the Update Rules in the Import & Export Options window. It displays the card information and the existing and new detail. Click one of the buttons.

• Update All to update the existing details of all the matched cards in the current import. You will not be asked to approve or skip any more changes during this import.

• Update to update the existing details of the displayed card with the new details from the Outlook contact. The next time a changed card is detected, this window will appear again.

• Skip to leave the displayed card's existing details. They will not be updated with the new details from the Outlook contact. The next time a changed card is detected, this window will appear again.

• Cancel to abort the import process.

MYOB Outlook Sync -- Card Changes (Confirm Updates to MYOB Cards -- Add a Card)

This window appears only if you selected Ask me to confirm any updates in the Update Rules in the Import & Export Options window. It displays the card name and ID of an Outlook contact for which there is no corresponding MYOB card. Click one of the buttons.

• Add to add the Outlook contact and its details to the MYOB Cards List.

• Skip to not add the contact and its details to the MYOB Cards List. The next time an Outlook contact for which there is not a corresponding MYOB card is detected, this window will appear again.

• Cancel to abort the import process.

Confirm Updates to Outlook Contacts

This window appears only if you selected Ask me to confirm any updates in the Update Rules in the Import & Export Options window. It displays the contact information and the existing and new detail. Click one of the buttons.

• Update to update the existing details of the displayed contact with the new details from the MYOB card. The next time a changed contact is detected, this window will appear again.

• Update All to update the existing details of all the matched contacts in the current export. You will not be asked to approve or skip any more changes during this export.

• Skip to leave the displayed contact's existing details. They will not be updated with the new details. The next time a changed contact is detected, this window will appear again.

• Cancel to abort the export process.
