Once all the selected MYOB Premier Accounting cards and Outlook contacts have been processed, this Summary window appears.

Exported

If you exported cards from your MYOB Cards List into Outlook, this window displays:

• Added __ New Contacts. The number of Premier Accounting cards that were added as new Outlook contacts.

• Updated __ Duplicate Contacts. The number of Outlook contacts whose details were udpated with the details from the matching Premier Accounting card.
  
  This only takes place if you selected Update existing contacts in the Update Rules of the Import & Export Options window

  If you selected Ask me to confirm any updates and chose to update the matched contact when the confirm message appeared.

• Rejected __ Cards. The number of MYOB cards whose details were not udpated in the matching Outlook contact.
  
  This only takes place if you selected Do not update existing contacts in the Update Rules.

  If you selected Ask me to confirm any updates and chose to skip the matched card when the confirm message appeared.

Imported

If you imported contact from Outlook into your MYOB Cards List, this window displays:

• Processed __ Cards. The number of added or updated Premier Accounting cards. That is, the number of Outlook contacts that were added as new Premier Accounting cards plus the number of Premier Accounting cards whose details were udpated with the details from the matching Outlook contact

• Warnings __ Cards with Warnings.

• Skipped __ Contacts. The number of Outlook contacts whose details were not udpated in the matching Premier Accounting card.
  
  This only takes place if you selected Do not update existing contacts in the Update Rules
