Synchronize MYOB Cards with Outlook Contacts

Mark the card types that you want synchronized with your Outlook contacts. If you opened this window from the All Cards view of the Cards List window, all four selections are marked. If opened this window from the Customer view, only Customers is marked, and so on.

You can mark or unmark any selection. Mark all the card types if you want all the cards in your Cards List synchronized.

All the cards you select are updated or added to Outlook in the corresponding MYOB Customer, MYOB Vendor, MYOB Employee or MYOB Personal folders. These Outlook folders are created if they don't already exist. There is the option to transfer your cards to the default Outlook Contacts folder, which is the location required for sharing with a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA).

Back Up button

We strongly recommend you make a backup copy of your company file before synchronizing. To do so, select the Back Up button. See To make a backup for more information.

Cancel button

Click this button to close this window without saving any changes you made and return to the Cards List window.

Synchronize Cards button

Click this button to start the Outlook Sync process to synchronize the MYOB card types you selected with your Outlook contacts.
