Creating brands list

Brands can be associated to each item enabling you to track specific information for the item, can be used to identify an item in a report and can be used to filter item reports.

To create a brand

1	Go to the Lists menu and choose Brands. The Brands List window appears.

2	Click New. The Edit Brand window appears.

3	In the Brand field, enter an alphanumeric name or description of the brand.

4	Choose New to enter another Brand.

Click OK.

 

To associate a brand to an item

1	Go to the Inventory command center and click Items List. The Items List window appears.

2	Click the zoom arrow to the left of the item. The Item Information window appears.

3	Choose the Item Details tab.

4	Select the list entry you require from the appropriate brand list.

Click OK.
