Analyse Stock Summary report

This is the equivalent of your current ‘order book’. Using information from current sales and purchase orders, this report calculates the number of items on hand, items on order from suppliers, and items promised to customers.

note : Multiple stock locations ( AccountEdge Plus only)

If you use the multiple locations feature for your stock items, you can view the report grouped by items or by locations.

General:

Items: All/Selected

Custom List No.1, No.2, No.3 ( AccountEdge Plus only)

Advanced: ( AccountEdge Plus only)

Group by: Item and Location (This is only available if you have set up more than one location for inventory.)

Sorted by

Item Number or Item Name, based on filter selection

More Report Fields (not preselected)

Item Description (AccountEdge Plus only)

Include Company Name

Click an Item No. or Item Name to open the Profile view of the Item Information window.

Click Location ID or Location Name ( AccountEdge Plus only) to open the Location Information window.

Click On Hand to open the Items Register window.
