The company information displayed is the information entered in the General Payroll Information window under the Setup menu. Verify this information is correct. If you need to make a change, click the zoom arrow for each field that requires a change.

If the sender is other than the employer, click the down arrow and select either Agent or Bureau. If Agent is selected, enter all information regarding the agent in the fields that appear.
