To change a recurring template -- Details
Managing Transactions > Using recurring transactions > To change a recurring template >>
- When you're ready to record the recurring transaction, open the appropriate transaction window -- Enter Sales, Enter Purchases, Spend Money, Receive Money, Pay Employees or Record Journal Entries.
- Click the Use Recurring button. A list of recurring templates you've created is displayed.
- Double-click the template you wish to change.
- Edit the transaction.
Note: Information about changing entries on a recurring paycheck
- Click Record.
- The next time you use the recurring template, the new detail will be displayed.
