To change a recurring template -- Details

Managing Transactions > Using recurring transactions > To change a recurring template >>
  1. When you're ready to record the recurring transaction, open the appropriate transaction window -- Enter Sales, Enter Purchases, Spend Money, Receive Money, Pay Employees or Record Journal Entries.


  2. Click the Use Recurring button. A list of recurring templates you've created is displayed.


  3. Double-click the template you wish to change.


  4. Edit the transaction.


Note:  Information about changing entries on a recurring paycheck

  1. Click Record.


  2. The next time you use the recurring template, the new detail will be displayed.
