To change a recurring template -- Name/frequency

Managing Transactions > Using recurring transactions > To change a recurring template >>
  1. Open the appropriate transaction window -- Enter Sales, Enter Purchases, Spend Money, Receive Money, Pay Employees or Record Journal Entries.


  2. Click the Use Recurring button; a list of recurring templates you've created is displayed.


  3. Select the required template and then click the Edit button (or the Edit Frequency button if you're changing sales or purchases).


Note:  You can change sales or purchases templates from the Registers

  1. Enter your changes and then click Save Template.
