Stub Layout - Refund fields

Customize refund check stubs by choosing Stub Layout - Refund from the Form menu in the Customize Checks window.

The following fields are available for customizing refund check stubs. Basic fields appear in the basic form layout. Custom fields can be added by using the Select from List [multiple selection] window for fields on this form.

If you choose the Laser Check form, these fields appear twice -- once for each stub.

[Allocation Amount]

Allocation amount on check

The financial tracking category assigned to the transaction associated with this check

The amount that's displayed in the Amount field in the Settle Returns and Credits window in numeric form

The federal tax ID entered in Company Information window

The invoice number of the customer credit

The date of the customer credit

The memo entered in the Journal Memo field of the Settle Returns and Credits window

The information entered or selected in the Payee field in the Settle Returns and Credits window
