This service will verify that the purchaser's address matches the address of the card holder. MYOB Merchant Account Service will match the entries of the Address (AVS) and ZIP (AVS) fields entered in the Applied Payment Details (sales) window with the cardholder's address.
The lack of a match does not stop the transaction from processing, but it can alert you of a potentially fraudulent transaction.
