Credit Card view

The eFile Setup window - Credit Card view displays credit card information required for enrollment in MYOB's Payroll Tax Forms eFile service. When you use MYOB AccountEdge to eFile your payroll tax forms, any filing fees will be applied to the credit card you specified when you enrolled.

Some of the company information in this view may be derived from information in the Company Information window. If you've already registered to eFile your payroll tax forms, and chose to have the eFile service remember your credit card information, this view will display the credit card information you entered when you enrolled. Use the fields in the Credit Card view to update or add to this information when necessary.

Changes you make in this view of the eFile Setup window will be applied only to your eFile registration information. You cannot change any of the information in your MYOB AccountEdge company file in the eFile Setup window.

The Credit Card view is one of five views of the eFile Setup window. Four views provide options for updating the information that you entered when you enrolled in the MYOB Payroll Forms eFile service. The other four views of the eFile Setup window are:

General view - Displays general information about the MYOB Payroll Forms eFiling service and the requirements for enrolling in it.

Taxpayer view - Displays taxpayer information required for eFile registration. Some of this information may be derived from entries in the Company Information window. If you are already registered for the MYOB Payroll Forms eFile service, the taxpayer information you entered when you enrolled will be displayed in this view.

Preparer view - If the form preparer is different from the taxpayer, displays the preparer information required for eFile registration. If you are already registered for the MYOB Payroll Forms eFile service, the preparer information you entered when you enrolled will be displayed in this view.

Bank Information view - Displays banking information required for eFile registration. If you are already registered for the MYOB Payroll Forms eFile service, the banking information you entered when you enrolled will be displayed in this view. Some of the company information in this view may be derived from entries in the Company Information window.
