The eFile Setup window - Preparer view provides information about the person or company that prepares your payroll tax forms for eFiling. Use this view to verify and change preparer information used in eFiling your MYOB Payroll Forms.

If your preparer information is the same as your taxpayer information, the information in this view should duplicate the information in the Taxpayer view. Simply mark the "Same as Taxpayer" checkbox to insert the taxpayer information that you entered when you registered into the appropriate fields in the Preparer view.

The Preparer view is one of five views of the eFile Setup window. Four views provide options for updating the information that you entered when you enrolled in the MYOB Payroll Forms eFiling service. The other four views of the eFile Setup window are:

• General view - Displays general information about the MYOB Payroll Forms eFiling service and the requirements for enrolling in it.

• Taxpayer view - Displays taxpayer information required for eFile registration. Some of this information may be derived from entries in the Company Information window.

• Bank Information view - Displays the bank information required for eFile registration. If you are already registered for the MYOB Payroll Forms eFile service, this view will display the bank information you entered when you enrolled. Some of the company information in this view may be derived from entries in the Company Information window.

• Credit Card view - Displays credit card information required for eFile registration. If you are already registered for the MYOB Payroll Forms eFile service, this view will display the credit card information you entered when you enrolled. Some of the company information in this view may be derived from entries in the Company Information window.

Changes you make in any view of the eFile Setup window will be applied only to your eFile registration information. You cannot change any of the information in your MYOB AccountEdge company file by using this window.
