Taxpayer view
The eFile Setup window - Taxpayer view provides features for viewing and changing taxpayer information required to enroll in the MYOB Payroll Forms eFile service. Use this view to verify and change taxpayer information used in eFiling your MYOB Payroll Forms.
Some of the information in this view is derived from data in your AccountEdge company file. If you've already registered to eFile your Payroll Tax Forms, this view will display the taxpayer information you entered when you enrolled, including any additions or changes you made to information from your company file at that time.
Changes you make in this view of the eFile Setup window will be applied only to your eFile registration information. You cannot change any of the information in your MYOB AccountEdge company file by using this window.
The Taxpayer view is one of five views of the eFile Setup window. Four views provide options for updating the information that you entered when you enrolled in the MYOB Payroll Forms eFile service. The other four views of the eFile Setup window are:
- General view - Displays general information about the MYOB Payroll Forms eFiling service and the requirements for enrolling in it.
- Preparer view - If the form preparer is different from the taxpayer, displays the preparer information required for eFile registration. If you are already registered for the MYOB Payroll Forms eFile service, this view will display the preparer information you entered when you enrolled.
- Bank Information view - Displays the bank information required for eFile registration. If you are already registered for the MYOB Payroll Forms eFile service, this view will display the bank information you entered when you enrolled. Some of the company information in this view may be derived from entries in the Company Information window.
- Credit Card view - Displays credit card information required for eFile registration. If you are already registered for the MYOB Payroll Forms eFile service, this view will display the credit card information you entered when you enrolled. Some of the company information in this view may be derived from entries in the Company Information window.
