The Advanced Filters window - Print/Email Payment Notifications view allows you to use the filters provided to shorten or lengthen the list of payments. From this list, you'll select those for which you want to print or email payment notifications.
Using this window, you can also open a window where you can customize the payment notifications so they look like the payment notifications you use.
