Cards
To synchronize AccountEdge cards with the Address Book
Notes: This feature is active only for OS 10.4 or higher.
Review your Cards List for duplicate entries before you synchronize cards
This task requires single-user access. See Single-user file locking for more information.
The Cards List window should be displayed.
- Click the Sync Cards button. The Synchronize Cards window will appear.
- We recommend that you back up your MYOB company file before each synchronization. (To make a backup)
We also recommend that you back up your Address Book. (Check your Address Book documentation.)
- Click the Synchronize button; the synchronization process will start.
Note: If you receive an alert before the sync process will start
- A message appears to alert you when the process is complete.
Note: If you have Address Book cards that you plan to move into your AccountEdge company file groups after synchronizing (#1)
