The W-2 Preparer Settings window - Company Information view allows you to modify or add to the company information that will appear on your employees' W-2s as well as on the corresponding Form W-3. Most of this information is required on Forms W-2 and W-3; you will not be able to print official forms or eFile your W-2s or W-3 if any of the required information is missing. The Company Information view is one of three views of the W-2 Preparer Settings window. Each view provides options for modifying the information that you entered when you set up the W-2 forms displayed in the W-2 Form Preparer. The other two views of the W-2 Preparer Settings window are:
Your entries in any view of the W-2 Preparer Settings window appear only on the W-2s and the related W-3 that you are currently working on in the W-2 Form Preparer window. You cannot change any of the information in your MYOB Premier Accounting company file by using this window.
