To change or move elements on a form

The Customize window for the form you want to modify should be displayed. See To customize a form for instructions.
- To resize an element, click on it. A small square, or "handle," will appear at the left corner of the element; click the handle and drag the mouse while pressing the mouse button.
To move an element, click it, press the mouse button and drag it to its new location.
Or, double-click the element to display the Field Information window, where you can position the element precisely using the Field Size and Field Location fields.
- To change the font used for several text or data fields at the same time, press the SHIFT key, and click each of the fields to select them. Then choose Change Fonts from the Form menu. The Font window appears, and you can make the necessary changes. Click OK to return to the Customize window.
- To make other kinds of changes, such as the font used for a text field or data field, or the width of a line or rectangle, double-click the element to display the Field Information window. After you've made your changes, click OK to return to the Customize window.
- After made all your changes, click OK to close the Customize window.
