To copy elements on a form

Note: You can't add new or different data fields to a form

Only those fields that are available for each form can be used on it. You cannot create new data fields on any form. Similarly, you will not be able to copy data fields from one form to another unless the fields that you want to copy are available on both forms.

The Customize window for the form you want to modify should be displayed. See To customize a form for instructions.

1. Click on the element you want to copy.
2. Choose Copy from the Edit menu.
3. Click on a blank area in the form to unselect the element.
4. Choose Paste from the Edit menu. A copy of the element you selected will appear just below the original element.
5. Position the new element. (To change or move elements on a form)
6. Click OK to close the Customize window.
