Solution: The size of the font is too large; enlarge the data/text field or reduce the font size. Double-click on the field to bring up the Field Information window, where you can make these changes.
Solution for data fields only: No data will print in an inactive field. To activate an inactive field, double-click in the field and click in the Field is Active box in the Field Information window.
A data field that I want to print doesn't appear in the Customize window.
Solution: The field may not be available on this form. If this is the case, you will not be able to add the field to this form. See Fields on Forms to view a list of the fields that are available on each form.
Solution: The field may have been deleted from the customized version of the form. To add it, open a standard version of the form and click Customize. Then copy the missing field and paste it into your customized version. See To copy elements on a form for more information about this procedure.
Solution: The field may be hidden on this form. Choose Show Inactive Fields from the Form menu. (If Hide Inactive Fields is seen in the Form menu list all inactive fields are already showing.)
