To create a lead source

Go to any command center and select the Lists menu. Select Lead & Customer Information then Lead Sources or Status. The Lead Source List window or the Lead Status List window appears.

Click New. The Edit Lead Source or Edit Lead Status window appears.

Click OK to accept the entry and close the window.
On the lead card under the Card Details tab you can enter the source and the status that you just created. You will then be able to filter some reports using this information.
